We have been celebrating National Wellbeing Week this week. The HART and Care Team arranged an after work walk around Hartsholme Park. They enjoyed a lovely three miles around the park in the sunshine, whilst also boosting their mental health and wellbeing.🌞 Well Done Ladies.
