Cyber resilience is key to development- it's a growth opportunity and a risk mitigation strategy. Developing countries are more vulnerable to cyber risk, which exposes the global system. We need partnerships to prevent future risks.

I've learnt a lot from the discussions today! Cyber resilience is not a technical issue, it's a development priority and we need to invest more in developing countries and fragile contexts to mitigate future risks!

With IPUparliament SG Martin Chungong, we emphasized the vital role of Parliaments in international development cooperation and defending multilateralism. UN Development, in partnership with IPU, supports 1 in 3 Parliaments across the 🌍 to strengthen responsive governance.
