Today, Dr. Agnes Thomas was invited to participate in a special event. Canada acted as host and Chair of the Comprehensive Refugee Response Framework Support Platform The primary themes of the event are Refugee Resettlement, Complementary Pathways, and Integration.

#Gratitude

CCS Executive Director, Agnes Thomas, attended and presented at the first in person Metropolis Americas Conference in Tijuana, Mexico. This was a launch for the inaugural Metropolis Americas Forum to explore the challenges of establishing legal pathways for refugee admission.

It was wonderful to be with colleagues and partners from across North America to discuss and learn from one another on the topic of migration, integration, and borders from a policy and program prospective.
