After 27 remarkable years, Doris Rothstein is retiring from AHA. She’s been the cornerstone of our Athletic Department, worked alongside all four ADs, led the Spirit Store, and founded the popular Booster Club Steak Fry. Doris, thank you and enjoy your well-deserved retirement!

We celebrated our amazing AHA faculty and staff yesterday, honoring their milestone years of service. A special recognition went to Mrs. Donna Poshusta, who has dedicated 40 years to teaching math with passion, patience, and care. She is truly a gift to the AHA family!

Congratulations to Emily Llapa and Elizabeth Mejia Quintanilla on being selected as the 2025 recipients of the Kopp Family Foundation Scholarship, awarded to college-bound seniors who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, leadership, service, and involvement.

Every year, AHA recognizes one senior who has shown remarkable commitment and service to the school community throughout their high school experience. Congratulations to Magdalena Capitani for being selected as the 2024–25 recipient of the AHA Star Service Award!

The College Board recognized these grads as AP Scholars with Distinction for averaging 3.5+ on all AP exams and scoring 3+ on five or more. Their achievements reflect the excellence that made AHA one of just ten schools in MN to earn Platinum on the 2023 & 2024 AP Honor Roll.

Each year, the coaches and administration recognize one graduating student for their outstanding contributions to Holy Angels athletics. Congratulations to Henry Lechner, the 2024–25 recipient of the AHA Star Athletic Award. Well done, Henry!

Congratulations to Henry Heitzman on earning the Platinum Bilingual Seal, the highest distinction awarded by the Minnesota Department of Education and recognized by AHA. This prestigious honor celebrates students who demonstrate advanced bilingual or multilingual proficiency.

Big news from the range! The Richfield/Holy Angels Trap Team took 1st at the 2025 Clay Target State Championship in Alexandria, MN, with a score of 455. Congrats to Nina Slingsby ’26 (1st place) and Ben Citron ’29 (2nd place) on their top finishes in the conference!
