A 39-year-old gentleman with end stage kidney disease secondary to multiple renal surgeries for recurrent cystine stone. Genetic tests revealed homozygous SLC3A1 defective gene. The last stone management was 10 years ago. Will he benefit from renal Transplant or not?

An interesting case of 22-year-old gentleman who had recurrent calcium oxalate stones after open renal surgery twice. He was presented with right renal colic and fever, normal serum creatinine. These are the radiological pictures. What is the plan of treatment?
