With a little bit of improvisation, we had a quite different closing session for #ISWC2024 where our General Chair Aidan Hogan and the track chairs shared some closing words and announced the award winners

Best Paper Award, Research track was awarded to Kate Lin, Tarfah Alrashed and Natasha Noy for their work "Relationships are Complicated! An Analysis of Relationships Between Datasets on the Web". Big Congrats!

Best Student Paper Award, Research Track went to Benjamín Farías, Wim Martens, Carlos Rojas and Domagoj Vrgoč for "PathFinder: Returning Paths in Graph Queries." Well deserved!

To finish the closing session, #ISWC2025 General Chair Anna Lisa Gentile and Local Chair Hideaki Takeda announced that ISWC will go to Nara, Japan next year! You can soon find details on the official website iswc2025.semanticweb.org
