Last month Leicester's Hospitals was shortlisted at the #HSJDigitalAwards in the "Supporting Elective Recovery through Digital" category. We removed over 17,000 patients in six months after using Accurx waiting list validation to reduce DNAs and unnecessary appointments.

Our partnership with Accurx has been a great example of the right digital innovation transforming the way we manage care, and work towards elective recovery, and we're really looking forward to more progression across the Trust!

For the first time since COVID-19 our RTT waiting list at Leicester's Hospitals is falling. In 2022, we started using Accurx to validate waiting lists, and reduce DNAs and unnecessary appointments In just six months, we removed over 17,000 patients from our waiting lists.

If you missed it, our work with Accurx to support elective recovery was nominated for a #HSJDigitalAward! 🎉 Services at our Trust significantly reduced their RTT waiting list using Accurx's software to validate waiting lists, and reduce unnecessary appointments and DNAs.

In just six months, we removed over 17,000 patients. We're excited for June's awards ceremony, but more importantly - we're looking forward to continuing our partnership with Accurx in achieving elective recovery.
