Compliance team is growing. 4 members are anticipating additions to their families in Sept. One is expecting her 1st baby, 2nd will welcome her 1st son after 2 girls, the 3rd will become a grandma for the first time, & the 4th is expecting her 1st grandson after 3 granddaughters.

Back to the theater to be reminded that one of the greatest adventure of all is to find our place in the circle of life.

Leaving Klein ISD this year. I will miss these rule-wranglers, policy whisperers, and champions of ‘that needs to be documented.’ We conquered audits, decoded state guidelines, and lived to tell the tale mostly in spreadsheets. Thanks for making compliance weirdly wonderful.

Final meeting with our very close team. We started as strangers and ended up as family. Cheers to the laughs, the growth, and everything in between.

I’ve worked with legends, heroes & the occasional chaos goblin, but Susan McPhaul She’s the gold standard. After yrs of surviving my Post-it plans, midnight ideas, weekend calls to bounce “just one thing,” she’s finally escaping… I mean RETIRING. TY for making me a better person

Today we walked out together. These two didn’t just stand by me, they challenged me, pushed me to grow, and made me better every single day. I’ll miss them more than words can say. What we built can’t be replaced. Grateful for every moment. I love you both.
