Really lovely set of presentations from the NSS PIA ISTAART to wrap up the penultimate day of #AAIC23. What the heck is with the construction noises from backstage though?? I know the RAI Amsterdam folks have jobs to do but the banging is super disrespectful to the speakers!

Perhaps a naive #AAIC23 question, but why is there one “death considered related to treatment” in the placebo arm for the $LLY #donanemab TRAILBLAZER-ALZ 2 trial?

Happy to share our latest publication - we used spatial proteomics to compare #PART and #AD looking at differences between NFTs, normal neurons and their microenvironments in the CA1 and CA2 subregions of the #hippocampus, as well as the entorhinal cortex. doi.org/10.1002/alz.13…

New preprint! So excited to present CHOIR, a new clustering method for single-cell data that evaluates whether clusters represent statistically distinct cell populations. CHOIR works with both single- and multi-omic data of any type. Check it out! biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
