I wish I had filmed it. 395x1 ATG Squat. The smith machines on either side are foreign nationals on calls while they work out. One Slavic, the other ?? (throwing weights) So, proud to hit that in second session despite the distractions. Had to absolutely grind the middle.

Last set Friday night. Just 887x3 cause Squat shoes forcing me on my toes. Won’t do that again. Guy on the Supine Press next to me was up to 5 45s/side and was going to add another 25 after I left. Beastly for his size. We spent a few minutes admiring each other’s big lifts.
