Absolutely superb, brilliant Afghani lamb from Aktarathome. Served with one of Aktar's naan breads and some The Wasabi Company watercress.

Mutton chapli & naan from the Aktarathome BBQ box. Blimey, that was good. Bit spicy hot, mind. (Spiced with cracked coriander, cumin, Kashmiri chilli & ground pomegranate seeds.) My mint & coriander salad, spiced up with leftover kachumbar spice blend from Aktar's biriani box.

Mutton chapli kebabs from last week's Aktarathome BBQ box, with some funky courgettes, mint & coriander bulgur, and parathas (cos I've run out of Aktar's naans now) Still got at least two more meals from this box in the freezer: it really is terrific value, as well as delicious

Thursday annual leave treats from Aktarathome second time we’ve had curry from here and it does not disappoint. I would go as far to say Best….curry…..ever!

Really good mutton korma from this week's Aktarathome curry box. Really good is an understatement. Beautiful flavours.

Next instalment of the Aktarathome curry box: last of the ghobi anghara (a delicious cauliflower dish unlike any I can recall) and kori Gassi (super tasty Mangalorean chicken curry) with naan. Glorious.
