From research on cold chains, I know how sacrosanct the -18oC standard for frozen food has been. Glad to hear there's now growing recognition that -15oC will suffice, potentially saving 17 Mtonnes of CO2e annually from frozen food #logistics worldwide. bit.ly/4dr7xB5
