Except for the all important parts that were pried loose by the grueling privilege battles in federal court in Washington.

With all due respect that's not exactly right. What was said in court today is that Ovidio is in negotiations w/the govt to resolve his case before trial--i.e. plead guilty. That process could at some lead to a formal cooperation deal, but it's not at that stage yet.

Please provide the case file number for Biden’s classified document indictment. I can’t seem to find it on PACER.

The Supreme Court did *not* say that the White House does not have to comply with the lower court's order. In reality, CJ Roberts issued an administrative stay temporarily lifting the midnight deadline as the full SCOTUS sorts through how to handle it.

Due process for J6ers: *Judges finding PC on warrants *Grand juries returning indictments *Motions to dismiss *New venue motions *Selective prosecution motions *Jury trials *Sentencing hearings *Appellate review Due process for Venezuelan immigrants deported under the AEA: *None

The Fischer ruling is the *literal definition* of J6ers receiving due process—a case that was heard by THREE courts including SCOTUS. When J6ers complain about not getting due process what they often mean is they’re disappointed by or disagree with the *outcomes* of due process.

It's hard to believe because...it's not true. By September 2020, Bill Barr's Justice Dept. had charged more than 300 people for crimes committed during protests since that May. justice.gov/archives/opa/p…

Mayo Zambada lived untouched by Mexican law enforcement for decades, always one step ahead of both US and Mexican efforts to capture him. Now the Mexican government says it wants to return him from US custody to face justice in Mexico. Ok.
