Unfortunately, I concur w/warning. Years of our Syria reporting, capped w/Malachy Browne & VI team’s definitive documentation, show Russian/Syrian govs purposely target medical sites, including on UN no-hit lists. No smoking gun that UN handed over GPS data, but NGOs are v wary.
