48 yo female with irregular bleeding. Nice example of focal hypersecretory / Arias Stella-type changes in endometrial biopsy. Atypia could make one wonder about clear cell carcinoma so important to remember Arias Stella. p53 and NapsinA can help if needed. #pathology #gynpath

71 yo male with a 2 cm left kidney mass. Nice example of a papillary renal cell carcinoma. Given the low nuclear grade, predominantly single cell layer and strong CK7 positivity would classify as type 1, although this is a small bx. #pathology #gupath #surgpath

See, Test & Treat makes me proud to be a #pathologist. This year, the program expanded its reach and formed new partnerships to connect women in need with preventative care in such disparate places as New York, Mississippi, and Hawaii. foundation.cap.org/ourstories/see…

What an exciting time to be a #pathologist! Our ability to diagnose patients is faster, more accurate, and cost-effective. I think you'll be amazed at the molecular diagnostics work Dr. Karen Kaul and her colleagues are doing. cap.org/member-resourc…
