I put together a few high-yield slides for #RadOnc oral boards RT-friendly regimens for HL and NHL. 📌 For HL, there is a focus on GHSG staging for a simplified decision tree. 📌 Goal: Not comprehensive. Comments and feedback are welcomed! Enjoy 😃 bit.ly/RadOncHemeOral…

Jeff Ryckman Nicholas Zaorsky, MD MS Danielle A. Cunningham, MD Jillian Gunther ILROG Team For the XRT side, because I refuse to memorize ranges for boards: 24Gy all indolent 30Gy all HL/NHL CR (36 bulky) 45Gy all SBP/SEP and HL/NHL PR 50Gy NKT Exceptions being Fav HL CR (20) and Gastric MALT (30). So I guess 2-3-4-5 for me, for all lymphoma.

"In sickness and in health" is such an incredible vow, and surely with a purposeful ordering of those words, usually uttered on one of the happiest days of a couple's life and then put the test during the trials that follow I witness true love every day in my oncology clinic ❤️

Long awaited, we finally have our Boswellia experience out IJROBP - The Red Journal. We show an ORR of 60% and CR OF 12% using Boswellia for radiation necrosis after SRS for brain metastasis. This is a huge win for patients and has changed our practice!!! Check it out! redjournal.org/article/S0360-…

Another thought-provoking talk on OA by Bobby Koneru, MD Would you rather use #steroid injections for #Osteoarthritis (which is no better than sham or placebo) or low dose #radiation which has 75% response rate and negligible side-effects? Is 3Gy/6 fx the answer? #ACRO2025 ACRO - American College of Radiation Oncology

Also in SANO, of n=33 on surveillance who developed distant mets, 66% detected <6 mo post chemoRT Presumably mets present at diagnosis - surgery would be futile Would it make sense to wait longer than 6-8 wks post neoadj tx for all achieving cCR before pulling trigger for surg?
