I’m proud & excited to share the first major preprint of my postdoc in Broz Lab, Université de Lausanne. We systematically mapped interactions during bacterial-viral co-infection: doi.org/10.21203/rs.3.… Thanks to EMBO, Faculté de biologie et de médecine (inactif), and all my colleagues at Department of Immunobiology at UNIL & mentors for the support.

Our latest preprint, Mukund Kabbe's single-cell epigenomics (scATAC & Nano-Cut&Tag) of the adult human central nervous system, finding developmental epigenetic memory at HOX clusters in adult oligodendroglia! Karolinska Institutet biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Thank you Alex Lederer (Gioele La Manno lab) for a great presentation of VeloCycle at our NYU Single-Cell Club. VeloCycle is a new implementation of RNA velocity that combines velocity field and manifold estimation, tailored for the cell cycle.

We’re happy and proud to share the most recent work from our group which was spearheaded by Philipp Walch and is now published online at Nature Communications: doi.org/10.1038/s41467… Department of Immunobiology at UNIL Faculté de biologie et de médecine (inactif) Université de Lausanne

I'm happy and honored to announce the publication of my research on co-infections and the role of host innate immune signaling in mediating pathogen-pathogen interactions in Nature Communications: nature.com/articles/s4146… You can find a look behind the paper here: go.nature.com/47XXz8P
