Today, the veterans of the Women's Royal Army Corps remember Pte Ann Hamilton & Pte Caroline Slater, victims of the Guildford pub bombings 50 years ago. We will remember them.

Last Sunday marked 50 yrs since the Guildford pub bombings, when 2 female veterans of the WRAC died and 3 others. Charity, the WRAC Association paraded, held a service and unveiled a plaque. Its CEO spoke to BBC South Today, saying, "We still remember and stand in solidarity."

Veteran Dame Kelly Holmes reflected on the new LGBT+ armed forces community memorial which honours all LGBT+ serving personnel, veterans and their families. Working with Fighting With Pride, the OVA-funded memorial will be unveiled at the National Arboretum later this year.
