Still getting lots of “string noise” when you play? What worked for me was stopwatch training: practice and movement for 3-5 minutes uninterrupted. Sticking with a slow pace for a while and setting my gain to the appropriate level while A/B testing out the bad habits🤘🏾

It’s NEVER a good time to give up. Go fkn practice.

Often times we’re simply EARNING our way back to the basics. Lower your expectations. Enjoy the process 🎸

Avoid those who expect certain outcomes even after they’ve abandoned their POSITION. This shows a lack of awareness and reeks of entitlement. Do the fucking work.
