If a med is a combo of an FDA-approved drug for a childhood disease and an over-the-counter nutrition supplement, showed some benefit in a terminal disease like #ALS, and approved in Canada, shouldn't it get at least temporary FDA approval ? Brian Wallach ?wsj.com/articles/a-lot…
