Our lunchtime Debate Club children represented us brilliantly at today’s debate competition. They had the privilege of travelling by train. They engaged confidently in a variety of topics. Congratulations to all participants, with a special mention to our Debater of the Day! 🚉🎙️

We spotted some very famous landmarks when we were on the ferry! ⛴️

We visited the Museum of Liverpool to learn all about toys, old and new for our History topic. We discussed how you can spot the difference between old and news toys using our knowledge of material, design and mechanisms!

We even had time to play with some of the toys!

And of course… we went on a lambanana hunt!

What a great day we had! Well done boys and girls for showing the city of Liverpool our excellent behaviour, polite manners and our beautiful singing of ‘Ferry across the Mersey’ and ‘Yellow Submarine!’ We are very proud of you all.

Year 2 had an absolutely fantastic time on our school trip to the Museum of Liverpool and on the ferry today! Even our attendance dog Buddy came along for the trip! Can you spot him?

Another scorching summers day and 3S found the coolest place to enjoy it in our Forest School session today. This week we had lots of fun in the mud kitchen and made some very creative art work using feathers, leaves and sticks with mud paint! 🎨 ☘️🍃🌳☀️
