As a chronically ill person I hate sentences aimed at me starting with “have you tried…?” or “you should just…” 😐😐🛑

Please stop spreading harmful rhetoric about psychosis and schizophrenia. It's not a spiritual issue, and it's not always caused by recreational drugs - unless someone is already predisposed to develop schizophrenia. It is a complex and serious mental illness.
