Tough game to lose last night, after being in the lead at 3-2 and coming out losing 5-3. Just switching off and no dealing with danger fast enough, silly mistakes. Hopefully getting it all out our system now before the season starts in a couple weeks. Well done to Convocation FC

Tough day in the heat for the lads today. Losing 5-1 to Mersey Harps FC Out played in the 2nd half and some great saves by our keeper. Well played to Mersey Harps FC who deserved the win. At least the post match pint went well 🍺

Disappointing result for our lads who go down 1-0 to Alumni FC Res. Despite playing well for long periods, we just couldn’t find a goal! We go again next week! #oneclub

Great response to last week’s defeat to Mersey Harps FC 2 with a battling 1-0 win against Mossley Hill Athletic FC Reserves. Owen with the winning goal in the 1st half. Man of the match was Joe Williams with some great saves in the 2nd half. Excellent win against a really good side ⚽️

Result 2-0 winners against a decent Sefton O.A side. Tosky and Ben with the goals. Some decent saves kept us in the game. The older (more experienced) lads will be attending tonight’s @livoldboys event. Looks like it will be a decent night with Peter Reid 💙 & Neil Ruddock 🍻
