Marcelo P. Lima I'm always interested in better understanding the needs of SMB customers who are hard to reach because the CAC is high relative to CLV Alyssa Henry view that SMBs have a lot of work (eg marketing) that is not getting done that AI can now get done is helpful (since I agree 😉).

Just got back to the Bay Area after being gone for most of the last 3 months. It’s crazy (good) how green everything is. I don’t recall seeing it this green ever since I moved down here from Seattle. 🌳

I just hung up my 🎿 for the season. 70 days total. 💪Today was a glorious bluebird day Whistler Blackcomb. I also got to hang out with with ex-Square jlee@. 🤗 Good way to end the season. Tomorrow I’m heading down the hill to Van for TED Talks ‘24. Should be fun.
