I've been rendered useless by ain intense head cold. My heads about to explode, ears are blocked my upper lip raw from blowing my nose. Is there anything more putrid?

Not sure I can get out of bed today. Head cold worsening after an almost sleepless night of nightmares and violent sneezing. A mountain of tissues beside the bed. Just yuck.
