Pre-seed is about being comfortable in chaos. The product isn't clear. The ICP keeps shifting. Founders need space to explore before they commit to a direction. Most VCs hate that uncertainty which is why I love partnering with other pre-seed & seed funds who embrace it.

Early stage fundraising today is binary. You're either the hot deal — pre-revenue & hyped, or growing 5-10x... Or it's a grind. There’s no middle. Just haves and have-nots.
