The Ambleside Sports Rydal Round fell race : 3000ft climbing and 10 miles of brutal climb and tough, rocky descent. A tough day out but great to be with friends from Ambleside AC and thanks to Carolyn and the AS committee Ambleside Sports Another brilliant day 👏

And keeping it in the family, Sharon Taylor was first woman, and husband Rob Jebb was second man, in the Rydal Round . And they each took first place in their respective age categories.
