GOLD CHALLENGE A 28 y/o man with previous right orchiectomy has left testicular mass 0.9 x 0.6 x 0.9 cm with internal vascularity: no right testicle and small, tender left testicle. After 8 mos, the mass regressed to 0.1 x 0.1 x 0.2 cm on ultrasound. What would you do next?
