My last big hurrah as a Jeff med student! 🥺 It’s been an honor leading this society (complete with an 18-person board and 400+ members!). Grateful to be ending the year on such a high note! Thank you to all the speakers and students that made this event a success! 🥳❤️ #surged

A freshly baked doctor! 🌟 Only possible thanks to the VILLAGE of family, friends, and mentors that got me here. Humbled to be starting this next chapter as the first doctor in the family, and so grateful for an amazing 4 years at Jefferson! Next stop: STL!!! #graduation2025

New article in SURGERY Journal!! Our analysis of inguinal hernia repairs revealed worse patient-reported outcomes and higher recurrence risk in females postoperatively, despite high utilization of MIS. Addressing these sex-based disparities is key to achieving surgical equity!
