We've put out a new version of readfish, our tool for Oxford Nanopore adaptive sampling. This is our v1.0 release and has a lot of improvements, tweaks and stability issues addressed. It has been in testing for a long time and works with all ONT platforms - github.com/looselab/readf…

Finally this brings full support for PromethION and P2 solo devices incorporating a version of mappy optimised for these setups. Big thanks to Rory Munro and alex (now moved to pastures new!) for all their hard work.
