Not ChatGPT, but I asked Google Gemini about this issue, in the style of a Trump social media post. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The Click to Cancel rule was thrown out because the Khan FTC refused to follow the law and do the work legally required to support it.

Sad, but not shocking, that someone as insanely qualified as Hermandorfer only gets a party-line vote. She’s clerked for 3 of the current justices. She may have her finger on SCOTUS’s pulse more than anyone else in the country.

Jennifer Mascott is outstanding. She is a brilliant textualist, and will serve the Third Circuit well. Another excellent judicial pick by Trump.

Well done analysis as usual. As an antitrust dinosaur, I pine for the good old days, when antitrust (with rare exceptions that stood out like a sore thumb) was law enforcement aimed at protecting free economic markets from collusion or monopolistic (defined properly) conduct.

The idea that lessening supplier competition by banning discounts that reduce food expenditures will make anyone better off is antitrust fan fiction indulged by the Wu-Kanter-Khan mug set with cruel consequences for real families. open.substack.com/pub/competitio…

Yesterday's debate shows that if Robinson-Patman supporters prevail the Democrats will never win another election. As politics, favoring high-priced boutiques over larger, highly competitive retailers where more than 2/3 of consumers shop is right up there with defund the police.

The author of this op ed is lambasting Trump for permitting the sale of the exact same H20 chips that the Biden administration ok’d WHILE THE AUTHOR WAS ADVISING BIDEN ON THESE ISSUES. That’s remarkable. I guess he’s changed his mind since starting to advise Anthropic.

Some personal news, as they say. As sad as I am to leave my post as Missouri Solicitor General, I’m excited to serve the American people as a federal district court judge.
