Truly honored to receive the Extraordinary Award for my PhD thesis (2018-2019) Universitat de Barcelona. It would have been impossible without my supervisor Dr. Montse Corominas and former lab DevBioGenomics_UB at GeneticsUB. Moltíssimes gràcies!

After many hours in the lab, there are proteins that feel like home. Thanks to Perez-Sala Lab for introducing me to the wonders of vimentin tail conformations and of confocal and STED microscopy tinyurl.com/5ak6sv86 CIB Margarita Salas (CSIC)

We are thrilled to have been awarded an European Research Council (ERC) synergy grant together with @zenlabpasteur, Simon Anders and @MarciniakGroup labs for #PEPS to perpetuate stemness in the adult #brain DKFZ Uni Heidelberg Institut Pasteur, since 1887 CNRS 🌍 #StemCells #Neuroscience

We’re thrilled to share how interferon regulates stem cell activation and output in the young and aging brain in EMBO Mol. Medicine! 🥳doi.org/10.15252/emmm.… We combine: ✅Ribo-Seq & phosp-proteome ✅In-vivo scRNA-Seq ✅Mathematical modeling 🧵1/

📢Job alert! Are you interested in gene regulation and development? We are seeking for a highly motivated intern to join us in the FurlongLab at EMBL Heidelberg . Great opportunity to learn about enhancer biology using CRIPSR tools 🧬

I have gathered up a bunch of published #SingleCell datasets from Martin-Villalba Lab and made this thing: a290-data.dkfz.de Nearly 27000 subventricular zone cells from three different publications available for exploration!

We're so excited to share our latest work “Identification of astrocyte-driven pseudolineages reveals clinical stratification and therapeutic targets in #Glioblastoma” spearheaded by Oğuzhan Kaya on the wet & @LCForst on the dry lab as a preprint @Biorxiv biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Check out the latest preprint from our lab! Great work by Oğuzhan Kaya and Leo Foerster 🧠🧫

We found that offspring of mice that underwent neonatal cardiac surgery recovered faster from a similar intervention. Thanks to Benedetta Coppe, Andrés Sanz-Morejón, Enrique Lara-Pezzi, Nacho Flores and rest of collaborators as well as European Research Council (ERC) for funding.
