Exciting results investigating a novel factor XI inhibitor, Abelacimab. AZALEA–TIMI authors demonstrated an impressive reduction in bleeding events compared to rivaroxaban in AFIB. Hopeful similar results are seen in thrombotic outcomes in future studies. nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…
