1/2. Food for thought. Current literature supports patients presenting with FAI or DDH have anterosuperior rim pathology. Why then would we strengthen adductors which biomechanically pull the pelvis/hip in to a position that loads the anterosuperior joint margin?

2/2. Could identified weakness of adductors just be the body’s clever way of offloading the joint via inhibition? Treat the cause not the effect.
