Wen scaling pattens? at Snowball9000 (❄️,🔺) we were too reactive (post pmf, post pain) and it ultimately killed the project. at String we were proactive (pre pmf) and it ultimately killed the project. The right time is after you hit PMF but *before* you feel the pain
