Sometimes I get scared to post packs that we offer to bereaved parents on social media, as during covid we were inundated with requests 💔 So many of those who contacted us had miscarriaged their precious babies at home, or left 🏨 without any information or support. It's 💔 👀👂

Mental Health Awareness Awareness week and the one thing I ask of out team is to be there for each other. Its so hard to remember that when your busy with bereaved parents. You have to take time out to.. this week our team will be sharing their own experiences & how they cope.

Yet, everytime we work together it's a car crash 🙈🤣 with Harry always winning, telling me I'm an Angel dad. My heart just melts and breaks at the same time! Is that possible? Yes because we are baby loss parents.....

This morning I've been catching up before 12pm cut off time. Then till 6pm Uni, bath and try to do these assignments. One thing I've truly learnt on this journey, is to live for today! Today, well its okay as Mondays go. My motivation right there ⬇️⬇️ their voice, their day!

I keep thinking about our twins, Ruby & Phillip. When I think back, I can only think of those precious moments I was free from worry, fear, triggers. I actually thought YES we can do this. life is 💔 at times, but I'm the person I am today because 2 heartbeats kept me alive.

Yes it really is this bad. This week in particular is gruelling. I am at maximum levels of the painkillers I can take and still my body is screaming, fatigued to the point that breathing is a huge effort. The medical professionals say 'rest' but I'm a Parent Carer so can't 🤷
