(4/9) It's plausible that ATTR amyloidosis is different. With ATTR-CM, there is generally a higher burden of amyloid deposits than in AL, and the pathophysiology may be more about the organ architecture than fibril toxicity.🤔

What a day, the end of chief year has really been a phenomenal number of firsts! Finished my first medicine grand rounds with amazing colleagues and learning as a new course instructor for the FIRST Stanford IM HEARs capstone course. It’s been a inspiring and reinvigorating day!
