The Junior W.O Neitz medal is awarded to the postgraduate with the best MSc dissertation in the field of parasitology in Southern Africa. Bernie Jordaan took home the medal for his amazing work on amphibian and reptile trypanosomes, and I was blessed with second place🏆#PARSA2023
