Reading echos and compared one to a prior from 2008 and felt overwhelmed with a sense of gratitude for how much better resolution we have in 2024...could barely make out a moving heart on that ancient echo 😅

3 mo into practice and I'm more confident than ever that the main source of my continuing medical education is my large network of ultra smart friends whom I bother constantly with interesting/confusing cases... Would be nice to use CME funds to thank them for their service 🤣

Yep. Except the increased throughput I think is creating significant burnout in already overworked radiologists who are expected to just read faster and faster as scan and processing times get shorter.. Unintended consequences
