Regarding the piece in the Observer, the only payment I will receive to talk about Wegovy is for this piece commissioned by Guardian / Observer It may be the most effective anti-obesity drug yet โ€“ but even Wegovy is no โ€˜wonder cureโ€™ | Jason Halford | The Guardian

So youโ€™re โ€œbewildered & appalledโ€ are you, Boris Johnson? Let me tell you what appals me. Your parties. Your quiz nights. Your brazen lies. Your champagne. You cavorted & boozed. While we watched patients in their 1000s - some of them our colleagues - die. You make me sick.

My #ISBNPA2023 poster on food insecurity in #pregnancy up today. Significantly increased maternal obesity, inadequate GWG, & poorer diet quality in food insecure women. Not featured in the programme or numbered due to accidental withdrawal! Thanks #ISBNPA2023 team for helping!

Excellent first day at #ISBNPA2023 in the beautiful Uppsala. I particularly enjoyed Laureate Prof Clare Collins AO keynote, which really made me think about the big picture in relation to nutrition, and having IMPACT. Looking forward to the next two days and connecting with more colleagues.

Particularly exciting 2nd day the King's Fund annual conference. Honoured to have heard Keir Starmer responding to the Darzi report. Long overdue prioritisation of prevention and community-based healthcare delivery. PAHRC
