This afternoon at our #LPTIND2023 conference, Ann Jackson 💙 gave a powerful talk about compassionate leadership. She told us how compassion is active, how we should have the courage to be authentic, and the importance of listening with fascination to other people's stories.

The next speaker was Caroline Trevithick from NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland who talked about the ICB's priorities, the importance of professional networks and the importance of nurses having a voice at the table. #NursesDay #LPTIND2023

Next up at our #NursesDay conference, Alison Kirk, LPT head of patient experience and involvement (Alison Kirk 💙) held an interactive session on the power of experience, observation and allowing people to tell their story. #LPTIND2023
