After three days of peace talks led by U.S. Senior Advisor for Africa, I was honored to witness the initialing of the peace agreement text by the DRC and Rwanda delegations. This week’s talks built on momentum following the April 25 signing of the Declaration of Principles hosted by Secretary Marco Rubio.
