Up now: multiplexes! Council has a report saying program to allow four-unit multiplexes city-wide has been successful. They are suggesting tweaks to the rules, though. Most notably, permissions for semi-detached houses & a cap on the number of bedrooms. secure.toronto.ca/council/agenda…
