This was where it all started rolling imo The messaging isn't just "things cost too much and it sucks" It's clear, telegenic, snappy, *local* messaging on why exactly it does and what exactly a mayor can realistically do to change that

Up now: multiplexes! Council has a report saying program to allow four-unit multiplexes city-wide has been successful. They are suggesting tweaks to the rules, though. Most notably, permissions for semi-detached houses & a cap on the number of bedrooms. secure.toronto.ca/council/agenda…
