Going to miss my first Milano Sanremo since 2012. The Heathrow chaos has meant we can’t find another way of me getting there. Shame when it is the first women’s race too.

I am with the TV crew in Volta a Catalunya . They couldn’t stand at the top of the final climb. Gusts were incredibly strong. Have to admire organisers and crew on days like this for moving entire set ups to new locations in a matter of hours.

In loving memory of Richard Moore, host of The Cycling Podcast, who sadly passed away in 2022. ❤️ #GW25

What a great race that was Volta a Catalunya . Thanks to everyone who watched, messaged and enjoyed it along with me. Next race for me is Paris-Roubaix Femmes avec Zwift and Paris-Roubaix . A little break now until the cobbles.

Great insight video from Team Visma | Lease a Bike Women after Paris-Roubaix Femmes avec Zwift . Nice to listen back to our finish of the race on Saturday. It was fantastic to call this one in the velodrome.

Amazing that so much is written asking what is wrong with Wout van Aert . When you look at this… nothing. Winning bike races is hard, very hard. And he’s close every single time.

About to start another adventure on Giro d'Italia with Stefano Bertolotti Paolo Mei and the team. Our 14th Giro together! What a journey! Team presentation tomorrow in Albania.

Had a chat to Ned Boulting 🏳️⚧️ on the stage 8 finish line for Never Strays Far podcast. Have a listen here. You can take me apart for my tip of the day later…

Anyone still wondering about Wout van Aert ? Doubt it. A stunning stage win and after his team work today. He is class.

I remember interviewing Simon Yates at the end of the Giro d'Italia on stage when he lost the Maglia Rosa. He was completely gutted. But he said at some point he would come back… today he’s throwing all of that loss into this stage.

By old fashioned timing it’s 1.38 at the top of the Finestre… wow this race is going to be close Giro d'Italia
