Eudaurdo da Silva Eduardo da Silva and I are preparing for our KanDDDinsky talk on "Building an Organizational Brain", which will take place this October.

We are exploring a wide range of topics, such as how does organizational learning happen? Why is organizational learning not only valuable but critical? Why is it so difficult for most organizations to become "learning organizations”?

We will also explore some effective and practical ways for the organization to learn and apply its learning. This is going to be fun.
