Dental Professionals will tell you that the safest drinks for teeth are plain milk & water but do you know why? "Sugar Free", "Zero" & "No Added Sugar" drinks can still damage your teeth! All drinks with a pH lower than 5.5 should be consumed in moderation at mealtimes only.

Since the introduction of the #apsmilestars programme in #BlackburnwithDarwen in 2022 we have seen an increase in the number of children reporting that they are brushing regularly. Blackburn with Darwen has also seen an improvement in decay rates for 2-5 year olds. Childsmile
