@vfsglobalcare applied for a tourist visa for Italy in Mumbai on July 18. Traveling in 10 days, and no update on the visa status. Emailed the embassy, and have not received a response. Is there anyway to know the current processing time by the consulate or get in touch with them?

Italy in India awaiting my Schengen tourist visa. Date of travel: 4th September. Applied on 4th August 2023 at VFS Pune and the status is " dispatched for processing at Italy Consulate, Mumbai" since 7th August 2023. No calls or emails are responded to! helpless. PLEASE HELP!!
