SFW senior pupils made pizza today to practice their kneading skills, rolling out and learning how to make their dough rise

It’s finally here..it’s Christmas baking week. This year we are focusing on portioning, presentation, accurate weighing and measuring and a range of cookery techniques depending on year group. Wonder if any of this will make it home…. 👀😅

The HE dept are feeling festive and that means lots of cooking! If you would like to join in we are launching 10 days of Christmas! For the remaining days of term we will post a recipe- simply make and take a photo and post here or on googleclass. Winner for each year!
