Shippers should expect delays using CSX to/from Port of Baltimore. CSX told JOC: “A CSX employee was fatally injured in the course of working yesterday evening at the Seagirt Terminal...This incident is being investigated by the NTSB to determine exactly what happened."

.Transplace, an Uber Freight Company is stopping all tenders to Yellow ahead of a possible Teamsters strike on Monday, an Uber Freight spokesman confirms to JOC.

This afternoon a US District Court judge denied Yellow request for a restraining order to stop the Teamsters strike on Monday. The strike can go forward against $yell. As I've reported, several top shippers with Yellow have pulled their business until further notice.
