NISD is a partner in a UK-CGIAR project led by ICARDA to tackle wheat rust, a disease with devastating effects on smallholder farmers. The project applies genetic and breeding strategies to improve wheat varieties grown in the Global South. Full Link: bit.ly/3XawYBq
